Alan Grindstaff, CEO/President- Alan is a wellspring of vision and commitment. A legend in the resort industry, Alan has a penchant for instilling his passion for cleanliness throughout the organization and his standards for excellence throughout the industry. Alan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He is an avid marathon runner, which is a testament to both his drive and his discipline. Always up for a challenge, he and his entire family have climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.
David Goff, Chief Operating Officer- An insightful decision maker, David directs company growth and operations. He has a track record for helping bring businesses with potential to national prominence. A friend of the resort industry for decades, David’s genuine, considerate manner has helped him build many long-term relationships. David has a degree in law and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has also achieved the ARDA designation of Registered Resort Professional.
Kevin Swafford, Chief Financial Officer- A unique problem solver, Kevin is aware of all the complexities that affect the bottom line. He has the unique ability to merge his financial skills with a detailed knowledge of the resort housekeeping industry to develop systems for reducing costs without sacrificing quality. A graduate of Tennessee Technological University, Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant. He enjoys coaching youth sports teams in the evening.
Jonathan Loveday, Chief Information Officer- Jonathan leads the effort to connect our management teams across the nation to the support information they need…and to each other. Working in the ever-changing environment of Information Technology for more than 15 years, Jonathan’s depth of character brings a stability and sureness to the process. Jonathan’s innovations and management approach were the subject of a recent feature article in CIO Decisions magazine.
David Maier, Vice President Operations- An exuberant encourager of talent, David oversees all housekeeping operations nationwide. He has an intuitive understanding of customer expectations and a gift for building proactive cultures in the resort environment. David has a contagious enthusiasm and a clever knack for humorous phrases. A Certified Hotel Administrator and a Certified Hospitality Sales and Marketing Executive, David has over 20 years of resort management experience.
Russ Hale, Vice President of Marketing- Russ directs the branding, advertising, and communications for the company, both internal and external. He has more than 30 years experience in marketing and business management, mostly running an advertising agency or corporate advertising department. Russ has a Masters degree and merges a diverse background in creative writing, art, sports, drama and music with practical experience in business and sales to create an approach to marketing he refers to as “functional creativity.”
