MasterCorp is a turnkey housekeeping partner providing departure cleaning, scheduled full maintenance cleaning and many other related services tailored to each resort’s specific needs. We assume the responsibility for all aspects of housekeeping, while working within the ultimate control of resort management.
Departure Clean
MasterCorp has developed a systematic method of cleaning and inspection that assures every room is cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. When guests enter, they are welcomed by the fragrance of freshness. All surfaces are vacuumed, dusted, or cleaned. Beds are freshly made and linens replaced. The kitchen appliances are spotless and crumb-less, inventory is replaced, and amenity packages replenished. The bathrooms sparkle; fresh towels and amenities are ready for use. All sign of human presence is removed.
As soon as the room is inspected and quality assured, it is reported available in the event of early arrivals.
Laundry Management
As a part of our turnkey service, MasterCorp offers customized laundry and linen management where facilities are on site. MasterCorp partners with a national chemical and consultation company, U.S. Chemical / Prism, to ensure that linen and terry products meet all industry standards for quality.
At locations without on-site laundry facilities or owned linen, we will work with outside contractors to ensure the best linen service possible.
Carpet, Drapery, Upholstery
Beyond appearance, the maintenance of carpet and fabric-based items affects the true cleanliness of a unit more than any other element. Carpet and fabric harbor odors, dust, dirt and other foreign particles. The cleaning process will be compromised unless a program is in place to regularly clean and maintain these areas.
Assessment.
Before recommending a cleaning and maintenance program for a resort, the facilities are physically inspect to determine traffic patterns, frequency of use, environmental conditions, and composition of materials to be cleaned. Our national Director of Carpet has over 25 years in the carpet care industry and is available for consultation.
Traffic Area Carpet Clean.
As a part of our service, all carpeted areas in a unit are cleaned, except where pieces of furniture are located, and even those areas are cleaned where they are visibly soiled.
Critical investment.
MasterCorp feels that a carpet, drapery, and upholstery cleaning program is so critical that we include it in every client’s cleaning package. In the long run, the cost will become an investment that will save you money in capital replacements and gain greater guest satisfaction.
Inventory Control & Maintenance Reporting
MasterCorp offers inventory control and maintenance reporting without charge, as a regular part of our inspection process. Since guests expect a fully accessorized unit with everything in working order, this service reduces a major source of complaints.
Inventory Control.
To prevent kitchen packages from becoming depleted, physical inventories are taken every time a unit is to be occupied. Housekeeping replaces missing items from inventory supplied by property management. The missing items are reported to management. Since many of the items are billable, this process can save a significant amount, accumulatively, in association expenditures.
Maintenance Reporting.
Since our housekeeping and inspection process details every square foot of the unit, we are the most likely to discover maintenance concerns before the guest arrives. Our staff documents and reports maintenance problems for management follow up.
