Information Technology

MasterCorp’s I.T. Team assures that every location across the nation, every manager on the move, and all of our corporate resources are connected so that everyone has access to the same information…and to each other.

Our I.T. Team has created numerous custom programs and computer-based tools for increasing housekeeping efficiency and decreasing cost, including a program that generates staff assignments from front desk reports and another that projects staffing needs based on historical data and seasonal trends. With the company intranet, operations and staffing forms are only a mouse click away.

Rapid Response Team

MasterCorp’s Rapid Response Team is a nationally mobile group of seasoned housekeeping professionals. When business-as-usual gets swept away by the unexpected, our Rapid Response Team responds with the expertise and manpower needed.

Administrative

Our accounting department understands the timeshare resort business. Invoices for work performed are designed to correspond with your association’s specific accounting needs and are delivered weekly. On-site staff is available to reconcile any invoice discrepancies.

Because of our purchasing power, we are able to cut costs without using inferior supplies. We use trusted brand names like Kimberly Clark, Johnson Professional, and Palmolive.

Human Resources

Our progressive human resource team partners with a payroll management provider to stay current and compliant with staffing laws, payroll tax legislation, and OSHA regulations. They relieve the burden of handling personnel files, labor surveys, and DOL guidelines.

Background checks are run to identify and purge illegal immigrants and applicants with criminal records in the hiring process. The result is a safer environment for guests and reduced risk for the resort.

Insurance & Workers Compensation

At each resort where MasterCorp provides services, the housekeeping operation is protected by a $25 million liability and all eligible workers are covered by workers compensation.
