It’s said, the true test of a person is his heart; it defines who he is. I think the same can be said of a company, and, at MasterCorp, the heart of our company is the hearts of our people.

From senior management and throughout the organization, we have hired leaders with servant’s hearts, and their desire to serve is interwoven into the fiber of our corporate culture.

Our Mission and Slogan are statements of the heart. But, for us, our mission is more than a statement; it’s a commitment that drives everything we do: “MasterCorp consistently sets the standards for the resort housekeeping industry.”

Our slogan –“a passion for cleanliness”– affects every decision… from that stubborn smudge we take the time to clean to the supplies we order and the people we hire.

Lance Armstrong, the great American cyclist, poured all of his efforts into only one event in only one sport, and he became the best in the world as a result. At MasterCorp, we pour our hearts into being the best at resort housekeeping in the vacation ownership industry. That is our single focus, with the expectation that entrusting the housekeeping to MasterCorp can be a selling point for resort sales teams and a source of pride for resort management.
