TheDirtOnClean.jpgA number of surveys have indicated that cleanliness is often the reason why guests choose to return to a resort.  Regardless, housekeeping is one of the first areas hit with budget cuts when the economy gets tight.  The challenge is to avoid sacrificing the top 5 reasons a guest chooses to return to your resort (see chart) to accommodate the 6th reason, price.
